Terms of Service

Media Fusion · Last updated 23 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Media Fusion (“the app”), an internal application operated by the EggMedia / EDM team at Ascend Corporation (“we”, “us”) for preparing, generating and evaluating retail-media campaign material for Lotus’s and Makro. By signing in you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Who may use the app

The app is for authorised employees and contractors of Ascend Corporation and its affiliates with a Google Workspace account on the ascendcorp.com domain. It is not a public service and it is not offered to consumers. Some areas require an additional role granted by an administrator. Your employer’s internal policies apply to your use of the app alongside these terms.

2. Your account

You sign in with your corporate Google account. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account. Do not share your account, your session, or the links to generated files with anyone who is not authorised to see them. Tell us immediately if you believe your account or a generated file has been accessed by someone who should not have it.

3. Acceptable use

  • Use the app only for legitimate internal business purposes.
  • Do not export, copy or forward campaign, sales or customer data outside approved corporate systems.
  • Do not attempt to bypass authentication, role checks or rate limits, probe the backends, or access data belonging to other users or teams without authorisation.
  • Do not automate, scrape, reverse-engineer or resell the app or its outputs, and do not upload malware or unlawful content.
  • Use the email-sending feature only to send genuine campaign requests from your own account.

4. Confidentiality and data

Campaign briefs, product data, sales figures, reports and evaluation results in the app are confidential information of Ascend Corporation and its retail partners. Handle them under the confidentiality obligations in your employment or engagement agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the content you enter into the app.

5. Third-party services

The app depends on Google (Sign-In, Gmail, Sheets, Drive, Slides, Firebase, Cloud Run) and Databricks. Your use of those services through the app is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes in those services.

6. Generated output

Reports, slides, matched product lists, evaluation results and assistant responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. Review and verify them before you rely on them or share them with a client or partner. You remain responsible for anything you send outside the company.

7. Availability and changes

The app is provided for internal use on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with no warranty of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including these terms, at any time. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

8. Suspension of access

We may suspend or revoke access at any time — for example when you leave the company, when your role changes, or when use breaches these terms or company policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including lost profits, lost data, or business decisions based on its output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
